Savor the Best: Celebrity chefs—including James Beard Award-winner Tory McPhail—are crafting a lineup of elevated bites featuring caviar, lobster, and more. McPhail was formerly the Executive Chef at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans and has spent the last several years at the helm of several restaurants in Bozeman, Montana.
