Grit & Grace, Inc. is the official folk life production of Walton County.
It is more than a production...it is an experience! We collect stories and legends about the people of Walton County. We secure a playwright to put the stories together, hire a director to direct the show, then audition local actors, singers, and musicians to help bring the stories to life; always keeping in mind that these are true stories about real people... family, friends, neighbors... passed down from generation to generation. Nancy Hasty is our playwright and director extraordinaire.
Nancy Hasty is an award-winning playwright whose plays have been produced in New York, internationally, regionally and on tour. She is published by Broadway-Play Publishing.
