Now open in Historic Downtown DeFuniak Springs, The Last Stop Brew Vault is on track to becoming a local’s favorite gathering space.

With 16 Craft Brews on tap, the owner/operators are providing guests a one-stop taproom featuring local craft beers, seltzers and ciders. “We have something for everyone. We take our time with the folks who want help discovering what they like most,” says Galen, an owner of the family-owned taproom. 

Across the street from Bogey’s Restaurant on Baldwin Avenue, the newly opened business expands the lively downtown experience. Step past their storefront to their spacious side-yard with outdoor seating; a rarity most dog lovers will find alluring. 

The family designed their side-yard to accommodate food trucks. Families and friends can gather at picnic tables and take in the many food truck offerings dotted throughout their festive schedule. “On nights we don’t have a food truck, we still see families out on the lawn throwing cornhole and enjoying being outdoors together,” says Jake, one of the owners who also hosts Trivia night every Tuesday night. 

“We are focused on the customer experience as much as the craft beer selection – offering ample space for games, outlets for plugging in and even a pool table,” says Sonja, AKA Mom.  Sonja and her extensive family have thoughtfully remodeled the historic space with great care for preserving the beloved Coca Cola painted brick wall and namesake vault.

Drawing from their vast military background over generations, the family knows who plays what role to make their business grow. From playful marketing and promotions to educating about craft brew, the whole family pitches in to make sure their customers feel the love they are putting into their business.

Keep your eyes and ears open! Do you hear the train coming? When the train passes by or when a train song amplifies throughout the taproom – you get a discount (think Folsom Prison). 

The Last Stop Brew Vault is open daily. 

Open Monday through Friday @ 3 pm.

Open Saturday & Sunday @ noon.
