Every Saturday at 9 AM, locals and visitors will gather behind the historic Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood for a community paddle on the lake, walk, jog or bike along the mile-long paved path that circles this Walton County gem.
The club is free, open to all skill levels, and simply asks participants to register so organizers know how many new friends to expect. Bring your water vessel, walking shoes, dog – come solo or bring a friend!
This isn’t just about one morning on the water. We circle back every Saturday as the first chapter in what we’re calling Circle Back to DeFuniak — a campaign to celebrate all the reasons people circle back to our historic town and beloved lake.
