The Conquer Chiari Walk Across America is an annual fundraising and awareness event. Locally, in Freeport, the event will be held September 20th, 2025. Expect to enjoy vendors, food, a remarkable silent auction and more.

*In 2024, the event was held both live & virtually involving thousands of participants and raised more than $250,000. Conquer Chiari is proud to be the largest private funder of Chiari research with over $5 million in research projects to date.
