We paddle at 5 PM!
The HWY 331 Paddle Club invites the community to take part in the Inaugural Boo Paddle on Lake DeFuniak this Halloween night. Paddlers will glide across the historic waters in ghostly costumes—and plenty of other festive attire—while families enjoy the beloved Circle Drive Trick-or-Treating Celebration, organized by the dedicated DeFuniak Springs Woman’s Club.

Boo Paddle Logistics
WE CANNOT PARK ON CIRCLE DRIVE. Circle Drive will close to all vehicle traffic at 4:30 p.m. Paddlers should arrive early to unload boards and gear before the closure and plan to stay until roads reopen after 7:00 p.m.
We meet behind the Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood. We don’t have a lot of daylight – So we will see how this plays out!
Costumes are encouraged (ghosts are the theme, but anything Halloween goes!).
Trick-or-Treating on Circle Drive
Meanwhile, families can look forward to safe and festive trick-or-treating hosted by the DeFuniak Springs Woman’s Club, drawing nearly 2,000 children each year. Local businesses and organizations will line the Circle with decorated tables, costumes, and plenty of candy to share.
